Great place to hang out and grab a cup of coffee and even better if you’re a Capital One customer. On top of getting good bank customer service you also get 50% off of coffee if you pay with a Capital One card. If you live in the city or frequent this place often it’s worth opening an account and keeping some cash in there just for the discount alone.

Anytime I go to one of these cafe,, I feel comfortable,, staffing is helpful, I always wondered what if it had a few of these in Georgia,, which I frequently visit on a regular basis,, would be nice to go and do all my transaction..it would be a big hit here in Augusta GA,,thing about it..

Love the fact this one is open on Sunday. I used to go to the one by Park Street Station but it's closed on Sundays, and then I discovered Boylston St. is open! Not only do I get my drinks half-priced because of my Cap One card, today I was pleasantly surprised that I went during "Happy Hour" and received my drink for free. I don't have a need to sit and do work but if I did, this would be my go to. I've tried several different beverages there and all but one was great (one was not the latte I asked for, but it tasted fine). Very pleasant staff.

Very friendly staff walking around the cafe. Come in sometimes with my toddler son and they always have a little gift for him (usually a promotional ball or game), but he loves it. Raymond is always friendly.

The cafe is always busy with a variety of individuals working from the tables, nooks and crannies. This can make it difficult to find a spot so don't be afraid to ask if you can share a space or table. There's a Peets coffee shop inside which is a pretty decent chain coffee shop. The service is responsive and generally upbeat. When they messed up my order once they gave me a free drink card without me even asking, which was nice. Overall it seems like a decent spot for coffee, personal meetings or working remotely.

Love the people, the coffee, and the environment. This is the first place I've ever been a regular. Free atms, half off drinks with a capital one card, tasty snacks from local businesses, and fun community events like yoga. And no one is pushy about financial stuff. ❤️
