Soup Shack Restaurant

Diverse soup menu. I could drink a gallon of their Thai iced tea. Love the rotating specials as well as the other non-soup dishes. We always get the steamed dumplings and they are delicious and very fresh. Last night we tried the duck bao bun and it was perfection. Service is always top notch. You can tell they are truly passionate about the food they are serving you. Food comes out very quick and hot. I have had delivery as well and always surprised it is still warm upon arrival. We had lunch here after visiting arboretum. We didn’t make much search in advance but it turned out to be really fantastic meal! We sit outside with nice views and good weather. The Thai iced tea was beautiful in layers under sunshine, taste sweet and refreshing, suitable for summer. We had Takoyaki as appetizer, which was placed nicely on the plate. Each piece of Takoyaki was exactly one bite, hot and crispy, and matched well with the cabbage. Mi Hoanh Than was rich in sauce but not oil or greasy. The noodle was chewy and smooth. The pork was fresh and juicy. Pho was in much lighter flavor and also tasty. All materials were very fresh. All noodle soups were served in larger amount but the price was very reasonable. We felt so full and satisfied after the meal. The service here is also nice. And this is the last day for me in Boston before leaving during summer, the dining experience here was really a nice end. We would definitely come back again!
