my favorite. i wish they still had apple cheese danish. they know me and always get my coffee ready as soon as they see me walk in the door. smiling and tipping $1 every single visit (even if i pay with a card or the app) helps. that was a hint for anyone who found the customer service lacking. most customers here couldn’t be less friendly; they likely get exactly the service they deserve. someday i’m sure robots will be serving our coffee and maybe they won’t care if you greet them, tip them, or say please and thank you. the people who work here are people and they put up with a lot of sh*t. give them a break.
