Starbucks

This is my favorite Starbucks in Boston. Before this one became my favorite, the location on Beacon hill was number one in my book. BUT...times change, and so do people... This place is a den of activity. They literally have a squad of people ready to serve the morning throngs getting off trains and schlepping to work in the financial district, on Beacon Hill, the Leather District, or around the Crossing. I can't say enough about the folks at this location. If you simply stop in to grab a venti dark roast, you'll have a terrific experience. The people, the action, the service, the smells...the SMILES (on a Tuesday morning in Boston nonetheless), are all fantastic. Go there and stand. Maybe order coffee because it's fantastic. But just be there. You'll be glad that you did.

Everytime I come to this store the red-headed barista takes time to patiently walk me through any questions I have about the menu. She also always has a smile and a joke up her sleeve. Unique storefront No hustle and bustle, it’s a Starbucks to sit and enjoy your cup. Intimate interior, I’ve had many good chats with fellow patrons Orders are done well and with care No complaints :)

I am a regular here, and I just want to say I think all the staff is great, but Harrison in particular does a fantastic job. Very friendly, he learns people's names. All around great service. I stop into this store several times a week and I'm always greeted by a friendly smile and top notch service from this guy. Great work!

This Starbucks was excellent. Not only did they serve our drinks quickly, but they answered all of the questions we had about Nitro Cold Brew, and proceeded to give us tiny samples to try before we ordered to see if we would like it. The staff was very friendly and joked around with us too. Great staff here and definitely one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had.
