Really polite staff, and a decently quiet place to grab a bite to eat in Boston.
If you like bagels, this is the best place to get fresh made bagels with artisan cream cheese.

Disappointed they don't have Cole slaw anymore, even though a few of their sandwich recipes list it. Boo! Otherwise, fine.

Everything I hoped for in a warm early morning bagel on my first visit just off an overnight ride from Philadelphia to South Station and eager to see the sights around Boston Harbor. But I wished I had it with butter instead of cream cheese as it was very messy to eat. The coffee also was very good.

Nice. Great deal on the big bundle.
If one has time to do efficoency studies, this would be the place on Fri. morning.
Like how many people one can add before productivity goes down.
Or, how does the young people's hearing impairment helps create confusion.
Or, does it make sense to pay a dollar more for a person who is just a bit better at what they do.
Or, the decteasing/marginal gains if one continues to pay more and more to improve speed.
All could be just a bit faster. Too tough to figure it all out, but looking forward to see what happens.

Can't fault it for not being amazing - it's like Dunkin, a quick place to go and have a bagel in Boston. It's not breathtaking but for the price you pay, it's good
