Subway

I am so frustrated with this place. Order via GrubHub at 2:13pm. A Veggie Patty sandwich toasted with a bunch of toppings and oil/vinegar. It comes about 30 minutes later. No veggie patty, not toasted, missing three toppings, and no oil/vinegar. I call to let them know, says he’ll get another out and ready for me. 40 minutes go by and I call again. The guy left? New guy says he’ll make another. 40 minutes later and nothing. Heed the other bad reviews.

Negative star rating: it’s very sad. I did not get the correct amount of meats. I order a spicy Italian foot long sub and got 5 salami and 5 pepperoni. On top of that. the lady tried to tell me that the reason why she can’t add anymore vegetables, is because she wouldn’t be able to close the sandwich. First off, the correct way would start of by using fresh bread (as the commercial says- SUBWAY EAT FRESH) and cutting the bread at an angle, I’m never stepping into this subway location again. I just wanted an Italian subway to enjoy for lunch. I’m very disappointed in the atmosphere (flies flying around the area) did not wash hands after filling up the coin machine, no customer service and they over charged me. You should check it out for yourself. ***Inspectors is long overdue a visit at this location***

I arrived and waited about 2 minutes for someone to show up. Then he put on gloves and started using his smart phone while I finished deciding what I wanted, getting annoyed at me when I asked him to change them. He made my sandwich begrudgingly, as if he was doing me a personal favor. What an awful experience.

Constantly not adding my points to my rewards card. Today I asked 4 times and he still didn't. After he gave me the receipt I saw he didn't add them. I mentioned it and he was unwilling to rering the order to add them. I go to this restaurant like 5 times a week. After today I will never go back. They need to bring the old staff back.
