Insomnia Cookies

I just wanted to give props to the staff last night. Seemed like college age students, and they were well composed despite the crazy influx of customers. They had to juggle through meeting different demands and meeting needs of everyone despite inventory shortages. They went the extra mile to make sure orders were met in as timely of a manner as possible. It's long, brutal, and exhausting work especially on a Saturday night on a college campus. To the staff that worked there yesterday especially when I was there around 10:30 pm near Boston University's campus. Thank you so much and best of luck to any future endeavors you might have.

Cookies are absolutely delicious. BUT be warned. Delivery times are extremely inconsistent. I've ordered delivery and waited 4 hours to receive cold cookies. But I've also ordered more recently and only waited an hour for some very warm and gooey cookies. May the odds be in your favor. Maybe the best bet is just to go in person.

The service was great, the two employees there did everything they should and had to, in order to keep the crowd happy and moving. About 20 people waiting in line, maybe more. And they handled it all really well. To the management: Maybe respect your employees more and keep the place staffed better. Even if that means a manager being on shift with them to prepare and get thru the rush hours. They deserve better

The cookies are to die for !!!! It was just a great experience eating them , they are just the right amount of chewiness with the right crunchiness on the side. We bought a variety. We ordered online but staff was so great that one of the cookies wasn’t there so they called us to ask us to replace it and they arrived in a decent speed. Thanks guys !
