Papa John's Pizza

Clearly the online ordering​ system isn't great. So I ordered my pizza with ranch sauce and my chicken with Buffalo sauce, my food comes quick with my chicken Buffalo sauce on the side and my pizza with ranch all over it hardly any cheese and all in the box! I call to get another pizza with the sauce on the side like the chicken came the guy Chris told me he can't send out another pizza because they are short staffed but I'll be refunded in 24hrs. Are they serious! Horrible experience and I ordered the same thing last week!!!

Worst pizza establishment ever!! Seriously don't bother wasting your time or your coins. Ordered 2 times from this place in total and a free pizza delivered for being over 2 hours late the past two deliveries. They deliver the free pizza 3 hours late this time lol and the delivery driver basically had the shittiest attitude to match their terrible customer service. Want to be pissed off for no damn reason? Order from this place.

Ordered one thing. Waited 50 minutes while the order said “boxing” for forever. Am told the system glitched and they’re sending another. Another hour passes. Nothing. Call again. “Oh we just loaded it into the car” and refuse to cancel the order. Claim they’re throwing brownies in with the order. Then call again asking me what type of soda I want when I already said I don’t want any because I don’t drink it. Weird how they’re modifying an order they allegedly already sent out. Still waiting on my food which apparently includes watching the cheese age and hand blending the tomatoes. Don’t even want the food anymore. This is one of a number of bad experiences I’ve had with this specific location.

I am now at hour 3 waiting for my pizza. This papa johns has had the worst costumer service. Was supposed to get the pizza in 40 mins but instead after constant calling and lies from the workers. My pizza never arrived. I now had to just cancel the whole order since this place is so horrible. They really deserve no star.
