I called your hotline to make an order from Bangor, Maine. I was kindly directed to give my credit card number and location. Once I offered information and asked politely if they had cherries he directed me to the online website. Dominoes is my favorite pizza store! Wonderfully pleasant customer service. Ordered food off of GrubHub around 11:53am. They informed me that the latest my order would be here would be about 12:50am. I called the restaurant at 2:05 after contacting GrubHub FOUR times and GrubHub informed me that the restaurant was delivering it. I was answered by a very rude and unprofessional man, and I requested to have the drivers number. I contacted the driver and he said that my food would be here within the next 40 minutes. I then texted asking for an update for the arrival 20 minutes later and the driver started swearing at me and informing me that I was no longer getting my food. The unprofessionals they have working here blow my mind. If I could rate this in negative stars I would. An absolute disgrace to even think about the fact that I ordered here not once but twice. Also the food is trash so even if it’s the only place open, it’s not worth the expensive price.

First time ordering from them. They charged me didn't deliver my food. And when I called them to ask about order they tell oh we tried calling you to ask about your order. They had the wrong number and were trying to force me to get something else because I paid. SMH definitely reporting them to the BBB.

Not sure y ppl order from this place . Dont ppl see the rating s . I haven't eaten here in like 13 yeara . I got chicken late night through the drive through. 1 time not bad but I was drunk. I live within walking distance and I wouldn't recommend It. Half the time they arent open and take ppls money but dont DELIVER. Out of 300 reviews 290 are 1 star. . I checke in from time to tme to laugh at the dump people that keep ordering like something is goinll of a sudden change . I think a cop owns it or Marty walsh thats y it hasnt been torn down.

Should've trusted the other reviews. Our order never showed up, but we were charged. Tried contacting the store to find out where our food was and nobody answered. This place needs to be shut down. Terrible way to run a business. Thankfully was issued a refund by Grubhub the next day but I'll never order from here again.
