Limited selection, too much sugar in the drinks (all 3 drinks), bagels with barely any bread, no butter, did not put cream cheese on bagels as requested, had to request bakery item, extra charges for cream cheese. Would not recommend

Ordered two caramel craze lattes and they gave us 2 black coffees with whipped cream on top and caramel drizzle. Too bitter to enjoy.

Needed a quick bite before our Southwest flight. Staff friendly and fast. Sausage, egg and cheese on Flatbread was warm and tasty. My iced coffee with cream and sugar well done All at a not typical price for an airport.

If I could rare this no stars I would I walked up at 550am looking for coffee and the lady behind the counter said she wasn't open and wouldn't be open until she finished doing all her morning chores when asked how long that would take she couldn't tell us. This location is expected to be open at 5am. Had to get on a plane at 6 and couldn't go back to the other side of the terminal to get something else so I couldn't get anything to eat or drink before my flight. This lady was rude and it's not acceptable for the store to be closed for no reason.

Perpetually understaffed for the high volume of traffic, the staff seem burned out. It's the only coffee option other than going into the terminals.
Be prepared to wait in line and for the service, they definitely take their time doing things here.

I order blue berry muffins toasted with butter all the time from DD. One lady today tells me sorry we can t.

Easy_off_easy_on from exit 26 of I_90 (mass pike), this location is right behind terminal e of Boston Logan international airport. Drive thru available but no outdoor or indoor seating because this is an express dunkin inside the Gulf convenience store. Male and female restrooms available inside.
