Panera Bread is a staple for my family. My kids could live off the mac and cheese given the option.
This particular location is conveniently located in down town Boston. We found the staff to be friendly and efficient.
The dining room was clean, but the layout was a bit crowded.
The food was good and of a bit higher quality that some Panera experiences we have had.

I love panera! But this location always not good, this is the second time to come in! They gave NOT Fresh soup! Also, the pizza is not what you're used to! The staff good but not experienced!

Very friendly staff! Store is always clean each time I go in and I am never waiting long after ordering food and beverages. I love this location and recommend all to visit!

Hmmm....Hmm..... I heard the lady say that was the last of the Mac and cheese and my son noticed that he hardly had any in his bowl. He got half of an order because it was all they had left and just passed it off as a full order.

Super location of Panera Bread! Clean, quiet, nice view. The portion of salad I was given was really generous. 5 stars well deserved!

Now that the pandemic is getting better and this location has been getting back to normal little by little, I have been coming here more and more.
The staff at this Panera are always super nice and welcoming and the food and drinks are always fresh and accurate.
Today I am leaving a review because of another great visit along with the turkey sandwich that I just ordered. I am part of the Unlimited Coffee program too.
Thanks guys for making my Panera experiences great!
