Dunkin'

Coffee was extremely sweet, which was slightly annoying. Service was extremely fast and the workers were all very nice. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they gave it to me on the side, which again was slightly annoying. They have a 20 minute sitting rule, since they’re across from the bus station, but didn’t enforce it for me (the place wasn’t very full though), which was very nice.

I’ve given DD 3 stars, because that’s all DDs. The donuts are not particularly fresh, and that’s mainly because their main purpose is to inject a huge amount of sugar into your body in three bites. The selection is not great either. The coffee is weak, but strangely, I love it. Don’t, however get any DD to add sugar to your coffee, unless you’re a horse, literally a horse. This particular DD is one of my favs, thought. The service is efficient and accurate (and pretty friendly). And as I said, somehow I like the coffee. Just go elsewhere for a real donut.

(First time going into this location) I asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese in it, a blueberry muffin & grabbed a banana. I pay & waited for my bagel. When it was done. I grabbed my stuff & left to the greyhound station. When I get inside my bus & sat down on a seat, I reached into my bag to get my bagel. I bit into it & realized there is no cream cheese. I thought "ok he forgot to spread it inside the bagel" when i look inside the paper bag all i saw was a plastc knife & no cream cheese cup. -___- If it wasn't that I'm already sitting inside my bus & will be for the next 4hrs, I would of walked back to the Dunkin Donuts. Now I have to eat a plain bagel with nothing in it. 12/05/16 7:10am

I have been a Dublin Network Donuts customer for years and this morning I had an experience that I did not wish for anyone else. I was at Dunkin Donuts from east st with atlantic av right across the street from south station in boston and I needed to buy an ice tea more before I would have to go to the bathroom plus the bathrooms are locked and you need to ask to open it was when I asked for it store manager named the list to open the men's restroom and to my surprise she said it was only for customers. I said I would go to the bathroom first and then I would buy my own and she once again said plainly only to customers. well everyone and client of the Dunkin donut customer or it was already a day, so it means you need to pay to go to the right bathroom. (I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HUMBLE IN MY LIFE BY A FAMOUS DD OFFICER, WHERE PEOPLE ALSO FEEL CONSTRANGED FOR MY SITUATION) I leave here my indignation for this DD shop not having people trained to deal with the public. I HOPE IN MIND THAT THEY ARE OFFICIAL IS PUNISHED, FOR THE SAME THERE IS NO ROOM FOR THE POSITION THAT EXERCISES. thank you
