Dunkin'

I just ordered my coffee through drive thru. Stated it clearly 2 times. Still it was wrong. Got to the drive thru to pay and the woman gives me my total in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish, I told her. It was pretty presumptuous to assume that I did. I had to ask for my receipt twice also. And almost did not get my change. The phone number on the receipt is also wrong. Please have someone at the window who can understand your customers to be able to service them. It's not fair to your staff and not good customer service

No stars if I could! The staff are extremely rude, they never get anything correct and it always seems as if the food is over burnt or under warmed! How can you mess up on an egg and cheese 🥪🍞! I'm not going to this location anymore... please fire all of the staff and try again! The women working clearly don't want to work.

Most staff are friendly, its a Dunks in Boston so theyll always have people who customer service isnt in their ‘culture’, not that they pay anyone so🤷🏼‍♀️ The problem I have with this Dunks & the one in Roslindale square are the owners & Managers (same people). Both locations CONSTANTLY OUT OF STUFF. I use to manage a Dunks & the ordering process is ridiculously easy, the people you speak to even ask about popular items you haven’t ordered in a while or tell you if something is being discontinued so you might want to order extra etc.. & yet these 2 Dunks just always out of stuff. Today one down Roslindale square out of Caramel Swirl & most donuts/sticks, so went to this one which was out of large iced cups, skim milk, & caramel swirl -KILLER JOB GUYS 🙄

I will start off by saying I spend my money at this location on a daily basis as I work down the street from the location. I’m a regular paying customer and today at the drive up I realized when I pulled off that I never received my food and had also not received my debit card back. When I went inside to let the team know and get my card back not one person on the working staff team including the manager were any help. They accused me of trying to get free food and asked me for a receipt that they never gave me because as I stated earlier they never gave me my debit card back! The staff was rude and instead of trying to rectify the situation they all went back and forth with my elderly mother! The behavior they displayed was unacceptable. I will definitely be taking my money to a different location in the mornings from now on! Avoid this location if you can!

Horrible! I ordered 3 iced coffees, waited 20 minutes while the guy who should've made my coffee made sandwiches for the cars behind me and the supervisor/manager worried about collecting tips from the cups. Oh, did I mention that my coffees were ALL incorrect??!! I repeated my order at least 8x to both the person who took my order and the supervisor and still, WRONG! LAST TIME GOING TO THIS DUNKINS!
