I've ordered delivery from them twice, and both times they screwed up my order. First time they forgot my drink, second time they forgot my fries. Contacted customer support over the missing fries and was told over email that "we'll get back to you soon", but they ghosted. Order at your own risk, they obviously could care less about refunding you for items you paid for and did not receive!

The chicken taste like it had been there several days and they re-fried it again, nothing tender at all, missed my 2 order of fries after I repeated several times my order, customer service was less than usual or less than fair, not bad but like they were tired, like they are being force to do this work or they are still not use to work under pressure.

So good. Soooo expensive compared to Popeyes across the street though. Also, my cashier didn't use gloves the entire time when handling the food 😷
I tried the possibly new Mountain Dew sweet lightning. It was good.

I went to get fries and other stuff. I asked for no salt on fries they replied they come with salt already. So when they bag them there seasoned? The reply was yes. I called kfc in another city while there and asked the same question and they said no we season them.. Done with kfc.

So they messed up my order and when I notified them they asked for the food back took the food out of my bag after I already had the bag of food in my car. To me I thought that was so unsanitary and unsafe knowing that covid is here. Then they asked for my card again to refund me for the money to charge me $1 extra for the chicken that I ordered. I felt like for $1 extra I should have been able to get my chicken. Then to top it off the chicken had no flavor at all and it was the xtra crispy.

What can I say about KFC today 2020. It had been refreshing visits whereas I appreciate the drive through team attitudes as they keep them lines moving. Back in the day. KFC was not my favorite custer service place to do business with at all. Whatever happened here in this city ar this KFC is awesome keep up the great team work love my KFC chicken too. And at least this one is not dirty or disgusting to get chicken from thank you.
