Yoyo City Frozen Yogurt

Great froyo experience! The customer service was great - very helpful and friendly! We came pretty late at night after having gone to a concert near by and were happy to find a dessert place that was still open. we got like five flavors and all were pretty decent - it was surprisingly cheap for how much we got too. enjoyed the creamier flavors more than the tart. great assortment of toppings and was happily very allergy friendly, as everything was in a separate container with a separate scooper. hopefully will be returning the next time i’m in the area :)

Solid and good frozen yogurt, but this guy (appear like the owner) needs to improve customer service. I walk in and he comes right next to me to clean the machine, no welcome/ no hello and is very brief/hasty w me. As I prepare to leave, a guy with his kid comes in and he provides a warm greeting. Major red flag when a customer notices a merchant treats certain customers differently.

Froyo World is mainly yogurt ice cream, the store is very creamy and beautiful. I ordered the sugar-free one with oats. PS: This oatmeal is here to collect the order, and then I poured it out. It’s very hard, I need to wait a while to eat. I think it’s okay. It’s not particularly amazing. After that, I went shopping. My friend said she liked it. I think if you lose weight, you can’t help but try sweets. Tried. Otherwise, it is not recommended. By the way, the peanut butter crunch is very good! I think his sweets should be worth a try.

Amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, Jean yelled at me: showed me how it all worked, where the cups were, how it's weighed out! (Amazing customer service and left nothing to chance for me, the customer). Then out came Ariel, he ended up chatting with about how he grew up in the neighborhood and knew my Gramma and her gift shop! This was like 30 years ago!!! 🤯 We reminisced for a while. Left with a massive order of Froyo. The Froyo: I got 3 flavors, original tart, raspberry tart (or whatever was next to it) And birthday cake. I added chocolate and white chocolate chips, it was amazing, I barely made it out the door as I was crushing it! It was the perfect temperature and consistency, wasn't runny, and was icicly (is that a word?) I would highly recommend this place to any that wants some Froyo in the dead of Winter 🥶! Imagine how amazing it would be in the better weather!!!💕
