Started of in the deli area , where the lady serving was extremely helpful and wrapped up some local 🧀 for us. We then went into the garden centre area and wanted to know more about some Christmas lights and another lady on the till was again extremely helpful. A delightful experience all round. Well done Dobbies.

Very well stocked store everything easy and accessible good stocked waitroise food Hall great deli counter good choice of plants 🪴 gifts I mainly visited to go to the restaurant the food was good the staff are very nice but the service is far too slow I waited almost an hour for sandwiches and salad and chips I wasn't impressed I used my dobbies card and got my free coffee plenty of free parking but its really busy

What an awesome dobbies!
Not only are the staff incredibly friendly and cheery, but the selection is just as good as other larger shops, plenty of sale plants that just need a bigger pot&some love and great coffee! (I'll not tell you about the amazing cakes)

Nice place, with coffee shop and restaurant. A small Waitrose is there too so bonus. Sadly one of the MANY dogs was sick on the floor and unfortunately I stepped in it in flat shoes. Don't know how long it had been there, but nobody noticed. But it was disgustingly slimy....I did report it to a chap who worked there
The lady on the tills was extremely pleasant and helpful regarding change of address. Well worth a visit..

Popped in for breakfast, new menu this visit! Had the two breakfasts for £14 with our monthly free hot drinks.
Very good breakfast, only let down by low quality sausage.
Lovely restaurant and we are in the conservatory.
Served by the usual young staff who are all very pleasant,polite and professional.
No waiting although it had only just opened and had a large group and lots of couples.

Had afternoon teas in the restaurant and they do cater for gluten free and dairy intolerant vegan and vegetarian, but tell them when you book.
I like Dobbies because the loyalty card makes everything cheaper.

lovely big spacious clean garden centre, we only had a coffee all staff at different departments were very helpful & friendly loved the butchers shop too

Don't really know about the plants as we only bought a couple, but the cafe is good. Went a couple of times.

Ultra large garden centre, every plant you could think of. Not exactly cheap but wonderful selection. Had a cream scone with pot of tea, £4 excellent value, recommend a visit.

Nice setout with friendly staff. Prices on par with most outlets. Like the restaurant as you sit at a table and the staff come to take your order and payment unlike at Rothley where you sit at a table then go to the till to pay and lose your table when someone else sits there.
