Pizza Heaven

I have ordered from here in the past and loved it... today I'm disappointed! Paid 17.00 for a medium pizza half cheese, half onions and peppers ... I'm not paying 17.00 for a medium pizza that looks like this! Maybe 5 peppers on it, didnt get what I paid for and not happy about it!!!!! Very disappointed!!! Keep trying to post my picture but wont let me

Had a decent experience before but recently I ordered online and when I picked my order up and it wasn't ready because they didn't know if I wanted lettuce and tomato on the sandwich or how I wanted the chicken cooked. There was no indication on the online menu that any of this was even an option. They had my number but never called to ask. Instead they waited until I got there then I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. The guy making the food was playing on his phone while he waited on the chicken to cook, never washed his hands, or used gloves. So, after all that I never ate the food.

Welcome to one of the best pizza restaurants in BRIDGEPORT. The sauce is great and cooked with perfection. Place your order and be on time because it will be hot and ready. The guy who received the orders at the register was very rude. I simply asked him if I could see the pizza to see if it was burned and he had a nasty attitude about it. He rudely told me no. improperly gesture to me and if i had a problem with it, i should take it back to them. Customers have the right to see what they are buying especially when it comes to food. I don't know how they are still in business with such a nasty customer service. I will never spend my money there again..

Normally I wouldn't do this but this is the second time I was denied service due to my address. I understand that the neighborhood can be tough but it's now only 5 p.m. and I was told I cannot get food delivered to me and my kids... what kind of business denies food to a loyal customer. I've been coming there for over 6 year's. This is unbelievable
