Why make an order app and then have to come in and tell them my order when a slip should be placed with my items and not have to repeat my order and when given them my order number again they want me to repeat my order, I should be allowed to walk in after 15 of ordering and pluck up my order with order # and name with out an interrogation, hope it gets fixed and excuses are thrown into garbage not Costomer service like it seams. Respectful communication needs to be trained

Till this day I have not received any type of horrible service from this location in particular, staff is very friendly and always makes my order correctly without any issues but I do have to say that the only con I have against this location is that on certain days it seems like some of the employees tend to drag their feet and take forever to make a simple cup of coffee.

Cheap franchise! I will go to another location. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, apparently they are in a financial crisis because there was barely on there. Another incident I had here was denying me of water. I was not asked if I wanted to pay for it either. *** picture of my delicious bagel on the photo section ***

I rarely write reviews for franchises, but this Dunkin’ is fantastic so I felt I had to share. I usually won’t stop for coffee in the morning because most of the Dunkin’s around Stratford/Trumbull have massive lines and long waits. Whenever I stop at this Dunkin’ there never is a wait and I’m in and out in minutes. I encountered a line maybe once and the workers tackled it FAST. They’re also very friendly and always have great customer service.
