Mcdonald's

I bought food from at the drive thru and when I got home as I picked up my burger, this roach was under it. I emailed McDonald's about it as well as spoke to the manager, they didn't give me a good reasoning other than to argue it's not a roach. Regardless it's unsanitary and I do not recommend anyone eat here.

One of the best McDonald's and cleaned and they treat you so professional this is the McDonald's to go to I give it a hundred and 10% and I will advise anybody to visit this McDonald's not saying it because I want to say in it because it is the best McDonald's I've been through all my years living in Connecticut

I purchased a 4 piece happy meal for my child get home take the lid off his drink and it looks like someone drunk out of it and gave it to me. This is the most disrespectful and disgusting thing you can ever do. I will be in touch with the BBB and the health Department. You mayor and district attorney office will know about this. The person that did this awful thing to anchor could have an STD or a life threaten disease. I have called McDonald’s several times and a voicemail keeps picking up. I don’t know why they are still opened

Pulled into drive thru at 1030 at night and was waiting for at least 4 minutes saying hello at the sign that says "order here with family in car expecting service of a Fast food restaurant no answer so I pulled up to window where I actually pay at. Young girl with glasses comes to window and I explained my situation. She said I have to go back around and order again cause it's other customers but I was first one thier and cars was waiting behind me .I was willing to pay at that window and order but was turned down so we just decided to go miles up the road for food . Could of been handled differently my opinion gotta get workers that's not on thier phone every time they not busy cause I can tell that was the case

I don’t know what going on but For some reason Countless of times My family and I make an orders with McDonald’s on the Take out apps yeah Miss a lot of stuff or give us the wrong thing . I feel bad because I get some people get overwhelmed how many orders coming in and maybe shore of staff what ever the case maybe it’s uncomfortable 😔 but it’s getting to be a Constant thing and It’s getting to a point that is actually getting annoying and it’s a bit rude and bad for business you guys are always on point you guys have to get back in the groove because it’s not cute I say this with up must respect please I hope yeah do better because I know you can do it
