Mcdonald's

They just revamped and remodeled this mc's into the brown, more adult looking storefront. It's much more mature looking. They upgraded to a drive-thru which is always better. Especially because this particular spot always had drive-through traffic blocking main street. Seems to be glowing more smoothly. I ordered cookies and a milkshake. The cookies were a little over baked and cold. I wish they would keep their cookies warm (all McDonald's, not just this one). Milkshake was good but they didn't ask me if I wanted whip cream (which I didn't) and it was on it. I don't know why they ever started doing that ...

Atrocious experience last night. I waited in the drive thru for more than 45 MINUTES just to get to the window and was told their system is down and only accepting cash. The staff did not show empathy and had a rude demeanor about the situation. Clear lack of management and customer service at this store, will never go back and do not recommend to anyone!

This McDonald's is famous for "not putting all the items in the bag"....today is my last time coming here! Smh 5 people in my transaction couldn't handle 1 order. I'm in between another McDonald's. I will take my money elsewhere.....wish me luck! Don't let McDonald's be you last resort or first! P.s. my girl said relax it's just McDonald's! What do you expect!

I have loved this McDonald’s for years before the renovation of the building, but now everything is very wonky. When you leave the drive-thru there is no easy way to exit. The main entrance gets very packed at night with a line of cars into the road and there’s no easy way to exit the drive-thru line. Not much room for cars to squeeze through when there is an extremely long line. Your alternative is waiting in the drive-thru line to exit on the side street. It’s great during the day when there isn’t a rush, but I end up going a lot at night with my friends and it can be hell to leave the establishment. In my opinion, it’s not worth it. They should’ve formatted the drive-thru better and made a separate exit for the people who have finished ordering and gotten their food. It just pure chaos.
