Cortina Pizzeria Napoletana

I have 2 local favorite pizza spots & Massimo's is one of them. The flavor is everything I want in a pie. The gentlemen behind the counter are very nice. They even carried my food to my car when I stopped by 1 day on crutches. I crave this pizza ALL the time & try to get there about once a week. Great place to dine alone, on a date, or with family & friends.

Amazing food best in the area hands down!! Staff is so great to there very welcoming, sweet, just so personable and professional they really know how to make a customer want to come back and not just buy their food where's the food is out of this world I've never had anything bad from here but by also the staff just basically appreciating every customer. A lot of people have been going there for years so they know people by first name including mine. I can call in an order and they know exactly who I am before I even give my name just by my order!!! Lol I love Massimo I strongly recommend this place if you've never had it thenn like I said anything from there you buy you will not be disappointed it's real quality Italian food and they put heart into everything they make!!!

Very very good pizza. Everything else we ordered was also extremely good. Service was great and I will definitely go back. Best pizza Ive had in a long time. Obviously my first time going to Massimos but I am glad that I went. I have heard of the place for years but never ate there until today. If you want a great pizza give Massimos a try.

Being new to CT, I spent hours looking for a pizza spot that would remind me of NY. Unfortunately, this place didn’t come close. The sauce for the pizza is bland and just tasted watered down (I will say the sausage was good just felt like the sauce could’ve been much more flavorful) . The lasagna tasted more like a glob of cheese with a small side of lasagna somewhere in there, but it just really missed the mark. I will say the price was reasonable though, given the quantity of the food.
