J T's Luncheonette

I'm just lost for words.. I don't know if this place is under new management or what's going on because this won't ever happen again. They just lost a customer. I just spend $19 for a small beans and rice with fry chicken and a medium white rice and fry chicken. The small fry chicken i would call a mini because the container was half filled and so was the medium container. This is a disgrace!! This is how some business losses customer. This is what happens when your tired and you dont want to cook. My advice to my self and others safe your money or go some where else where you can get your money's worth. Lesson learned!!!!

Some of the Best Jamaican food in Town. Tons of flavor, seasoned well, herbs and spices. The food is always fresh and tasty. Everything is hot and fresh and prepared well. They also have a great $5.00 lunch special that includes a soda. The service is outstanding always friendly and accommodating and the portions are generous. I love this place, whenever I'm in the mood for breakfast or lunch during the work week this is my 1st stop.

Food is great but those two females at the front are horrible they’re rude !!! If they were as friendly as how much rice they overload your meal with they would be great !!!Now because they switch employees let’s be very clear they both work on Monday and on this Monday 4pm 12/6. Yard jerk employees on e main much nicer !! It doesn’t pay to be rude to people beware !!

I’ve had a few dishes from here. I’ve enjoyed the curry chicken, the jerk chicken, and oxtails. The food is always good, at times you can have a wait. That’s to be expected, the place is yay big, and the customers are lined outside the door. I’d rather wait on good food, then bring a plate of mediocre food home. Prices have gone up, but that’s to be expected in these current conditions. This is definitely one of my go to West Indian spots for food.
