Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I just Postmated an order for an “Oreo Dirt Pie” Blizzard which clearly had chocolate ice cream and Oreo chunks in the photo on the website (hence why I ordered it) and when I got it it was literally just vanilla ice cream with four gummy worms on top. Like one of those things where it’s so bad you just have to laugh. Just wish I could get my money back.

Dairy queen is good. It's a great little ice cream place. Bridgeport the line gets long, and it makes sense that service is a little on the slower side. It definitely doesn't stop me from going I have been going since I was in middle school. I wish they had more dairy free options,but my kids love it!

Have gone thru this drive thru twice in the last week. My better half always likes to get a large vanilla cone. First time it was very small. Today the server brought it to the window and it was lopsided and almost ready to fall off the cone. We asked for a straight cone serving and she got mad and threw the cone in the trash in disgust. I asked for a hotdog with everything on it and all I got was a plane dog with onion chunks in 3 places on the bun. No condiments. We are never going back again and will let all our friends and family know. The service has become non caring and unprofessional in the last six months. FYI the lady serving us today was a tall thin lady with a pony tail and a horrible attitude.

We have been a frequent visitor, almost weekly to the store in the BFS foods location. It has always been extremely friendly with impeccable service. There has been a recent change in employees, managers and policies that seem to not have that family feeling anymore. In particular I am addressing their “need“ to charge for the pup cups ! I am just very disappointed in (according to the all new staff) this new policy allegedly placed by the new regional manager. The previous manager who rose through the ranks the regional manager was a wonderful hard-working and caring person. The shop now seems sterile and cold (no pun intended)!
