Burger King

The worker never washed his hands before cooking my food after going to the restroom and I know he did not wash his hands the only noise from the restroom was the toilet flushing the general manager acted like she had no idea what she was doing her name was Wendy she refused to remake my food even tho you could clearly see he didn't even wash his hands after he went back so I had to throw the food I just spent like forty dollars on in the trash and go somewhere else but I will never be doing business at this burger king again 🤢🤮they seriously need to find better management it's changed so much with in a 2 week period and so disgusting now at least the general manager that was there 2 weeks ago made sure everything and everyone was clean and that the store was clean

First off, I don't think this is the correct location. The Burger King is attached to the BFS Gas Station across from the Exxon "Black Bear Express". That isn't why I've given it 2 stars, though. All I ordered was an Impossible Whopper with cheese. 3 vehicles ordered after me, got their orders, & drove away before they brought mine out. Maybe its not that popular around here. Got the burger, opened the wrapper, & guess what isn't there? Cheese. What part of Impossible Whopper with cheese did they not understand. I will even go further by telling you they asked if I wanted cheese on it AFTER I told them I did. Yet no cheese. I didn't take it back in. I have cheese at home. Probably better cheese anyways. I get that everyone is stressed now, but how hard is it to hit the cheese button on a screen?
