Friendly service. Out of eggs for breakfast. Didn’t have enough meat on the croissant to even spread across it all the way. One big blob of melted shredded cheese; they didn’t even bother to spread it out over the sandwich. Asked for chicken sandwich dry and it had a ton of honey mustard on it; luckily it still tasted good. Every table was dirty.

I went to the Arby's and waited at the counter for 5 minutes. I heard teenagers goofing off in the back. No one was in the front, after a few more minutes 3 Stagg members came out and took my order. They were very polite when they finally came out. They cooked fresh food so my meal was nice and hot. I just think they need to be supervised better.

The best drive thru ever .You order, you drive up, and they have your food to you in a minute it's the way a drive thru should work . And the food is awesome as well.

When did Arby’s start making sandwiches in advance and laying them out? Thought I had walked into McDonalds or some other fast food. Went in and immediately saw 10-12 sandwiches of various kinds laying near the pickup area. My husband ordered beef n cheddar and I ordered the regular roast beef and they filled the order from what was already made. Sandwiches were cold and undesirable. Worst Arby meal we have had from there.

Omg the manager on duty was amazing they didn't have alot of things but she was so apologetic like it was her fault but it wasn't they just haven't received a truck in a while

All of the ladies work at this arbey's are amazing. They smile and a very cordial. No mistakes on my order and the service 8s prompt.

This place has the best customer service of any fast food place in the dfw. People are always happy and ready to help you. They also love dogs so it makes it that much better!
