Pizza Hut

I will not be returning to Pizza Hut. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told the pepperoni bites in the dinner box were not available. Okay, I understand. I requested to replace those with breadsticks. The woman said this could be done and asked me to pull into the parking lot. 20 minutes later, there I sat. Only one other car went thru the drive thru. I got out of my car and went in. There were about 5, seemingly obnoxious, women standing at the counter. But the woman who had told me to wait in the lot asked if I was picking up an order. When I reminded her she had told me to wait in the parking lot, the look on her face was complete shock! She forgot. I get it, things happen. However, this WAS the second chance. The last time we ordered from this Pizza Hut they forgot our order was ready, so not only was it cold when we got it home but it was burnt to a crisp too. Some serious training and time management skills need to be taught to the employees of the Bridgeport, Ohio Pizza Hut!

This is the second time my topping were not correct .. yesterday we ordered 2 large with pepperoni and black olives and 1 large with Cheese and double black olives .. They were all three pepperoni and black olives and all three were suppose to be light sauce and all three had a massive amount of sauce
