Big Boy

The waitress was very nice. Can't say that about her co-workers. Felt as though they didn't like our skin color. Due to covid-19. Half the menu gone. They put your food on cut up disposable trays. Some of our salads were on lids of trays , some on the bottom. It didn't look pleasing at all. I ordered chicken n gravy over biscuits. Honestly, the food looked undesirable. It looked as if it was a frozen pot pie cut open n poured out. Not a good kind either. The gravy wasn't consistent. It looked like cream and lots of butter. Needless to say. We sent 95% of our food back. Still gave our waitress a tip. It was 11 of us. She handled everything by herself and was sweet about it. Wish I remembered her name. But, no. We won't be going back.

Advertisement on the radio stated 84 cent Big Boy sandwich with drink purchase so we decided to stop. Once we walked in we were told they were closed for a private party. Who does that? Especially on a day that they are advertising a special on Big Boy sandwiches. Are you a restaurant or a party hall? Needless to say, we went to Big Boy in Clio and had great food and excellent service. Sorry Bridgeport Big Boy, you lost me as a customer forever. ☹️

Very disappointed in this big boy they gave us plastic utensils to eat and cut our food with which didn't work out so good the waitress was nice but only some of our food came at waited over 20 minutes for the rest of the food so we didn't get to all eat at once which held us up from other plans and the food wasn't that great wont be back here again!
