All I have to say is the food is always hot and the service is fast and I come about 30 minutes away. I'll pass up about five McDonald's to get to this one I am very happy and all the employees are very, very nice and the managers do listen. My name is Kathy Mitchell I was a manager in Lexington for 5 years and I know what good service has to be like. Keep up the good work. Thank you

Not so good this time. Big mac was COLD and so much lettuce to feed 2 rabbits. Usually don't have bad food from here but sorry McD's ya need to get it together.
FYI McD's Franchise CEO: Monies are tight for folks with Pandemic we should get decent warm food!

The front counter woman was so sweet. Served food to my toddlers and i. Helped us get situated and got us extra napkins

Sat in the drive thru line at the speaker while 6 cars went thru from the other line. I called to tell them I think their drive thru is broke and phone was busy for 20 minutes. So I went to Arbys

It depends on which one u go 2. I hated when I order and my buns are not toasted. I hate when I am looking for fast food and it ends up being slow food. Lately I been and there was no ice tea.
