The fresh seafood, amazing servers, and lovely warm atmosphere made this an incredible experience that I would highly recommend! One of our servers had a vast knowledge of the menu, and was able to give me personalised recommendations on the oyster selection that were available. We ordered a variety of dishes, which all tasted delicious! I found out that all dishes are made with fresh, locally sourced high quality ingredients in-house by the chefs. It certainly tasted like it too! The restaurant was very accommodating to a member of my party, who cannot eat any fat. They were happy to make adjustments to the menu to accommodate their dietary restriction, and were extremely helpful and kind towards this as well. I was also delighted and touched by the friendliness of the staff who went out of their way to create a beautiful congratulatory dessert plate for me as I was celebrating a special occasion. The chocolate truffles were divine - rich and velvety, which seemingly melted in my mouth. I really appreciate the wonderful staff here, both front and back of house, that go beyond to deliver exceptional service. I especially wish to thank the servers, that went above and beyond to make this meal a truly memorable experience.

Food was absolutely amazing - the oysters, mussels, scallops, the chowder (timely on a cold day) the risotto, the wine and the tiramisu. The bread basket and the various condiments were so so good. Our server, Claudio, was a delight, so incredibly friendly, helpful and was a big part of this wonderful lunch experience. The other staff were super friendly and in high spirits as well. Overall, amazing vibe in the restaurant - incredible food - great service - it was my friend and I’s favourite meal in our 3 week long trip. Highly recommend!! Ps for non French speakers - not an issue at all!

Had the loveliest afternoon here with my Daughter today. The Seafood platter was truly delicious and the selection of Desserts were absolutely scrumptious but the best thing about it was the service from 2 gentleman front of house. They don’t make them like that anymore. So attentive and kind and made it fabulous and special. Cannot wait to return the next time I’m in Brighton x

I grabbed a quick lunch. I had very delicious and gorgeous mussels as a main. While I waited I got some salmon tartar on house with home-made sauces and fresh sourdough bread. Service was beyond excellent and friendly. I would give 6 stars if it was possible. Fine dining at its best. I highly recommend it.

We were in Brighton for a week and went back twice in three days. The first time we had the sashimi as a main, the Singapore chilli crab and the catch of the day, Dover sole. Additionally, you get bread and dips to start - THE MOST AMAZING salmon dip and taramasalata I’ve ever had. The second time back we had the crispy squid, a special of mussels, a caviar bump, lemon sole and Dover sole. We sat outside as we love to watch the chefs work and they interacted with us even though it was a packed Saturday night. The food was so incredible that we went back a few days later and the head chef remembered us. I have a garlic allergy but wanted one of the specials and he made it up for me fresh with no hesitation. The maître d was different on both nights but equally amazing service. Had we been in Brighton longer we would’ve gone a third time. A great spot for a date night

This is a fantastic restaurant to be at and no wonder ranked one of the top ones in Brighton. Absolutely amazing seafood, cook to perfection. Flavourful and tasty dishes. The scallops were a perfectly seared and large portion too. Other dishes were all complimented well 😍 I would recommend this place to others for sure. Limited seatings so you probably have to book to come or visiting during non peak hours.
