Billie's Cafe

Everything you’d want in a little cafe - fantastic atmosphere, strong coffee and amazing food. The cafe is small but has a good mix of larger and smaller tables (6 seemed like the max). The service is friendly but a little slow sometimes. The food here was amazing. The hash with melted cheese and the toppings was out of this world. Exactly what you’d need to start a day. Very big portions that are very filling. Highly recommend

We used to dine in this place for years but gotta say today’s experience was the best we’ve ever had, food was amazing, farmhouse hash was unreal so had to ask for one more for takeaway and went downstairs to the kitchen to thank the chef for the lovely meal we had, the best breakfast and brunch in brighton , thank you so much billies and we’ll definitely be back again and again

I've had both dine in and delivery from Billie's Brighton and the food is next to none. The eggs are always cooked to perfection, the bacon, sausage and hash browns are the best in Brighton and I'd happily have the avocado toast for every meal for the rest of my life. Currently working my way through the entire menu, but I'd highly recommend the Eggs Royal or the Jumbo Meat. There's plenty of tasty vegetarian/vegan options also, and the staff have always been more than happy to customise dishes to my liking. Billie's is my go-to for breakfast/lunch, and if they were open in the evening it would be for dinner too. Great service, very friendly staff and a lovely spot in a good location.
