service was perfect! food was really indulgent too. we got the eggs royale and the pancake stack which were really lovely. the matcha latte was quite mid though, tasted more like sweetened oat milk… definitely needed more powder / better powder in that 🥶 apart from that, really enjoyable dining experience!

Went to Bills in Covent Garden years ago and absolutely loved it. Since then had a couple of average visits but our breakfast this morning entirely restored my love of Bills! Everything inside looked stunning, the team were great and the food was perfection. We'll be back

We love this place for a cheeky lunch , great ambience, attentive staff, lovely decor ,child and dog friendly which is a bonus. Their lunchtime set menus always good value and quick service with a smile always helps .

3 of us grabbed a table without any problem in the week, at around 12pm, but it is best to book when dining on a weekend.
Lovely food as always at Bills, it has great friendly and attentive staff, good choice of food on the menu (if a little breakfast/brunch focused) and there’s a superb atmosphere in what I believe to be an old converted bus/taxi depot.
Food may come out slower on busy weekends, so factor that in if dining before a concert or show.

Dropped in for lunch on a Thursday without booking. It was quite busy but managed to get a table for 3. Great atmosphere and very tasty food - as always. We always had a good experience so far. Attentive and friendly waitress, good food for reasonable prices.

I took the team out for brunch and bottomless pancakes on pancake day, and we had a really good attempt. I managed three stacks, and each stack was so different but also really tasty 😋

🌟 Brunch at Bill's Brighton was a dream! ✨ The fluffy and delicious scones were the perfect pairing for a great cuppa. 🥐🍵 The colorful interior and friendly staff made the experience even better. 💕 Definitely a must-visit spot in Brighton!

I came for brunch yesterday around 11am, I was seated quickly and had my drink/ meal ordered within minutes. The staff were very quick, attentive and polite.
I had the garden plate which was really tasty, and they swapped out the mushroom for anything included already within the meal, normally I’ve been substituted for something of less value.
Bills accept blue light discount any day/ time of the week which is really good.

Food is very good! Our only feedback:
1. Air conditioning is blowing freezing cold air on us. It’s winter, a cozier feeling would be nicer.
2. Dishes weren’t 100% clean!
3. Hair in my wife’s drink.

Great food, nice presentation and good quality.
The place is very stylish and clean. Food is very tasty and good quality. Have different food options (all day breakfast, pancakes, burgers, children menu). It’s normally full but table for 2 can be easily accommodate for; for groups bookings would be recommended.
