Visited on our stay in Brighton to celebrate my friends 60th Birthday. We didn't eat here as had eaten earlier in the evening so can't leave a food review. We come here after hearing about live Music. We had a great evening and were not made to feel unwelcome ( being a couple of older ladies we often get ignored or feel out of place). Big thank you to Julien, Luca and Molly ( bar staff) for making our evening fun, enjoyable and friendly. Live music was fun, drinks were good, staff were great .

We had 3 lovely roast dinners and a kids meal. The food was really tasty. The staff were great and it was good value. It was a friendly atmosphere and felt cosy. Would highly recommend.

A friend had told me to go for a Sunday roast here and I'm so glad that I did.
It was my first ever Sunday roast, so I can't compare on that front, but everything tasted very good! The staff were all very friendly and seemed to enjoy dealing with customers and talked happily to each other when not busy. I love seeing that. A good work environment makes for a better experience as a customer as well as the workers.

It was virtually empty on the night I visited, this suited us but might not be your thing.

Nice pub, but needs a better selection of beers. Food was lovely but gave it a 3 because of the price, nice but a bit overpriced. Service was good. Would recommend as long as your not worried about paying for good food.Dont believe the review about LBGTQ people not being welcomed. That is a complete lie. This pub is for everyone.

Giulia is incredible!! Her cocktails were absolutely to die for and I will definitely be back again. I wish I could spend all day just staring into her beautiful ocean eyes whilst she creates an explosion of flavours for my mouth.

My husband and I came here for the vegan Sunday roast. We had the filo parcel & nut roast and both were delicious. The only disappointment was the potatoes which were dry and a bit tasteless :( but the gravy alone is worth a visit. And the portions are HUGE - we went without dinner tonight!

What a GREAT Sunday roast. Every element of it was delicious. It was a nice sunny day so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. Great selection of drinks too!
