The Copper Clam

I have been coming to this spot whenever I visit Brighton for years and again was blown away by the delicious food and impeccable service. The restaurant's menu offered a wide variety of options. The Moules mariniere were so fresh and perfectly cooked and so flavourful. The steak we ordered were perfectly seared and seasoned. But what truly elevated my dining experience was the excellent service provided by an attentive, friendly waiter named Nat who went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was exceptional. Overall, I can't recommend this restaurant enough. The food was top-notch, the service was outstanding, and I am grateful for such a wonderful dining experience. Thank you to the amazing wait staff for making our meal truly wonderful.

We went for my Mum's 70th birthday and had a wonderful meal on the beach. Loads of drinks, loads of food (particularly oysters which were delicious and which we had loads of!). They were super accommodating, all our requests were dealt with and we didn't have to wait long for anything even though there were 20 of us. Would definitely come again. Big shout out to the waiting staff who were exceptionally patient!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Copper Clam restaurant, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff, and I knew right away that I was in for a treat. First and foremost, the food at Copper Clam was simply outstanding. As their name suggests, they specialize in seafood, and I could tell right away that they only use the freshest ingredients in all of their dishes. I started with the mussels, and it was rich, velvety, and packed with flavor. The shellfish platter that followed were arguably the best I've ever had. I must say that the Copper Clam truly excelled in this department. As someone who has had their fair share of seafood over the years, I can confidently say that the oysters, clams, and mussels were among the freshest and most delicious that I've ever had. I could tell right away that they were carefully sourced and handled, and it made all the difference in the world. Of course, great food is only part of the equation when it comes to dining out, and I'm happy to report that the service at Copper Clam was equally impressive. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and always had a smile on her face. She made excellent recommendations and was happy to answer any questions that we had. The rest of the staff was also friendly and accommodating, and I could tell that they all took great pride in their work. In summary, if you're looking for outstanding food, fresh and delicious shellfish, and impeccable service, look no further than the Copper Clam restaurant. I have no doubt that it will quickly become a favorite of anyone who gives it a try, and I can't wait to go back myself. So, if you want to have a memorable seafood dining experience, the Copper Clam restaurant should definitely be on the top of your list.
