Every time we’ve been here we’ve been blown away. The decor is lovely and the board games are such a nice touch, the team are super friendly and knowledgeable with excellent service and the food is incredible - the Sunday roast is to die for! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Went to the signalman for thr first time. We all had a roast. Easily the best roast we have ever had! It was absolutely delicious!! Everything was individually flavoured. SOOOOOO tasty!!! Lovely pub and atmosphere. Staff all friendly too. We will definitely be back.

We had a delicious Sunday roast, with a group of friends for my birthday. Alice was amazing....she was professional and dealt with us with finesse and humour, as we were high demanding customers after a big night out the night before !! Thanks Alice!

We actually booked at the round hill pub but we left after awful customer service and went here. All the ladies who were working were extremely friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing and you got a lot for your money too. Save to say our Sunday dinner was saved thanks to you guys and I will definitely recommend people to go here.

The roast at Signalman is epic! The roast pots were crisp and fluffy, the veg was all cooked well and was tasty, cheesy leeks were delicious and pigs in blankets were cooked properly with the bacon nice and crisp. The best thing was the pork, so much of it and two massive crackling pieces.
The service was great, despite being so busy everyone was lovely and would chat a little when they could. Felt very welcomed.
We will be back!

went for a Sunday roast last week…the pub itself is so nice and inviting! All the staff were really nice. Romy (the manager) checked on us and made hs feel so welcome. One of the best roasts I’ve had in Brighton by far

Always love coming to the Signalman, especially now with Big Sam's Kitchen in residence and the amazing summer BBQs! The pork tacos from the BBQ were amazing, and the small plates make great pub/sharing food that hit the spot - particularly the amazing pork belly skewers. Generally find it to be really good value for a Brighton pub, around £7.50 for an aperol spritz is pretty decent!

HUGE portion which was absolutely delicious. We had the pork belly which had a generous portion of pork and a lovely crunchy slab of crackling. They have takeaway boxes at the ready if you can't finish it (I couldn't!) But that meant I got to enjoy more delicious pork the next day!

Lovely pub, great outside which is heated. Overall I had a fab night. Also had a second visit on a Sunday where I had the roast. It was spectacular. So much that I didn't eat for the rest of the day. The pork belly was to die for.
