Costa Coffee

Not busy. Ran out of filter coffee in the machine as my wife's cup was made. Offered her half a cup, we said 'no'. Then offered to bring a full fresh cup to our table which never arrived until we had to go an ask for it. No offer of sauces in our heated sandwiches and my Latte wasn't that hot either.

This is a good and busy Costa with pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. When it is open, the upstairs seating area is a great place to sit and work, with several power sockets to keep your computer, tablet and phones going. Downstairs is definitely more busy and not great for working or making calls.

I am very disapointed with your staff today. I came to have a coffe with friend of mine in costa on western rd opposite churchil square He sat down at table while i was quing to get my coffe. Than one staff member Blond lady i don't know her name she was bloody rude!! We didn't know you have to wait to be seated as so many rules in each shop. She came to my friend inform him that we need to wait to get table. bla bla. Everything would be ok but Her tone of voice and atitude she said it was anpropriate. Raising voice and not friendly. No manners at all!! We are regular custumers to Costa. I have been to other costas and wasn't any problems. Your staff members have to be remainder how to speak to customers who paying for your coffe and food. In sted i went to different coffe shop. Disapointed BIG TIME!!
