The chap behind the counter was very friendly and polite. Chow Mein was decent and the crispy shredded beef was lovely. Having lived in China for 3 years as an Expat, I'd say this is a good representation of Chinese cuisine. Decent portion size, friendly service and quickly cooked. Would recommend.

Will give them 4 stars.I ve had crispy noodle mixed roast meats. £7 I paid well thats cheap.I didnt expect much for the price tho and it all was there I had decent meal yeah I could have wished for more but not for price.Cant say it was great and cant say it was bad you get what you pay for.Only thing I didn't like that noodles vas a bit burnt

Having tried countless Chinese take aways since living in Brighton and hove, I’ve been dissatisfied countless times. Asia chef is the best I’ve had yet! The food arrived hot and quickly the prices weren’t bad and the food was yummy! Chicken was fab no gristle at all! And the batter was cooked through, unlike some that are soft or soggy. Only critique is that the rice could have slightly more flavour.

Great value for money, delicious food!! Don’t understand why there’s bad reviews. Had a delivery and it came quicker than expected, with a lovely delivery driver. 10/10

Started going as they serve authentic oriental and South East Asian dishes; deep fried taufu (soya bean cake), Pad Thai (sweet nutty broad rice noodles) and variety of shellfish dishes; chilli squid, battered salmon in mustard lemon sauce, apart from the usual favourites. Furthermore service is efficient, friendly, competitive prices too.

Our family moved to cliff Road a few days ago, and tried to explore take away nearby. Discover Po Sung... and we are so lucky. Their food is definitely good. We ordered roasted pork, sweet & sour pork, stir fried rice noodle, etc. All are great.

Lovely family run Chinese takeaway, good food, reasonable prices and really nice owners, not sure why people have trouble "communicating" as there's no issues, you just have to listen and speak properly, if you're expecting gourmet food a "takeaway" isn't a place you should be expecting it, I have had better but I've also had a lot worse, it's only a small business and needs the support of the local community, pick them up, don't put them down.
