Great pub friendly atmosphere

Great pub for young and old.... if you want to watch sport orplay a game of pool, or in the lounge, have a cosy meal. I highly recommendthe roasts. Friendly staff and local atmosphere.

Great pub! Staff are always friendly and happy to help. Sunday roasts are delicious, as are the burgers during the week too. Drinks are reasonably priced, lovely beer garden and great atmosphere.

We live nearby, used to go to 5ways as our kid friendly local, tried this place for a change, really pleasant, kids can play pool and have a muck around, not snobby or pretentious. Can get a bit laddy on a Friday with the builders finishing work but nothing the kids haven’t heard at other pubs!

We have used this pub plenty of times and it always had friendly staff good food great beer and great atmosphere exactly how a pub should be , recently been taken over and it still a fantastic place to go locals all friendly too

Reserved table ready on arrival.... waitress a bit clueless with menu accompaniments and how things cooked however very pleasant staff and excellent food .will recommend and return .....a bit noisy and echoy in restaurant as large table of people over powered more secluded couples dinning.....

Family went up for a roast this afternoon....all I can say is WOW, It's was amazing. The portion size, taste and price were spot on. I can honestly say it was the best roast I've had in a long long time.
We will certainly be back for another.
