Brighton Curry

We are so glad we found Brighton Curry yesterday evening. We enjoyed great food and extremely friendly service (Apologies, I am not sure how to spell your name, Rinko, but it was lovely to meet, you, Sir!). My other half had the veggie Pakak Paneer and I had the vegan Bagara Baingan. Amazing food and competitively priced for Brighton, which is not always a cheap place to eat out. NHS discount was an unexpected bonus 😊. Decent size wine glasses, too 🍷. The restaurant was not too packed, with a mixture of single diners, couples and families. Will be back for another meal for Diwali this weekend 🌟 and we are definitely adding Brighton Curry to our list of favourite places to go in Kemptown 🤩☺️

we initially ordered to sit in but we were both very tired so asked the restaurant to make out food to go. firstly they said no problem and packed everything away. secondly the food was utterly delicious, chicken Murgh Makhani and especially the chilli cauliflower was utterly delicious cannot recommend enough

Highly recommended Indian curry place for both vegetarian and non vegetarians. We ordered kadai paneer, veg biryani, vegetable curry for takeaway. Having travelled all around the world and sampled different Indian curries - I must say Brighton Curry is now added to one of my favourites. We are vegetarians so glad to have delicious curry options. Great people too - they enjoy what they do and it is reflected in the food and service at Brighton Curry.

As soon as we walked through the door the smell was amazing 👏 restaurant was cosy and we were able to pick where we sat.....Staff and the chef were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome.....food was outstanding the flavours were spot on and all presented beautifully 😍 we could not eat it all and took home for dinner next day.....Tasty well cooked fresh food.......we can fully recommend 😀 and we will return.....a little hidden Gem 💎

For starters we got the chicken wings & I got the Spinach and Onion Pakoras. The portion sizes are HUGE and so full of flavour!! We also bought extra poppadoms to share (which we deffo didn't need with how much food we got) which were really fresh and the chutneys full of flavour 🤤. For mains I went for the veggie Masala, which came with rice and a lentil dahl! It was really good. My boyfriend got the chicken Murgh Makhani and was honestly one of the best curries we have both ever tasted! He also got a garlic nan and a side of jeera aloo! Staff here are really friendly & I loved the mojito tea cocktail I got 🤤! Would 100% recommend as everything tasted so fresh and was presented so nicely!

I was handed a leaflet by a charming young boy and that evening decided to check out this new local restaurant. I'm glad I did. Finding a small menu of southern Indian food (not the regular long menue of madras, tikka masala) was a delight. The starters were fresh and flavoursome. I had the dosa for main and was transported back to Coimbatore. My only improvement would be that the portions were large and having a starter and a main left me stuffed (as I couldn't stop) if there was a choice of small dosa .I'd be in for a snack or breakfast regularly.
