Riverland

Visited Riverland last night with my friends. Bar staff were so lovely and the drinks were amazing. It was great to see from a customer perspective that the manager on duty wasn't afraid to jump in and give the team a hand. The fireworks and the view topped it all off! Overall, great night and we'll definitely be back!!

Once a wonderful place, they completely mismanaged and ruined my mum's birthday. Having booked a seated area well in advance so that my 8 month pregnant wife and my father in law who just have had a hip replacement could sit down for lunch on something with a back support, they saw a opportunity to last minute give the entire area to someone else who had a bigger guest list.. now this is fine if ANYONE called us and let us know so we can go elsewhere, but we found out, on the day, a weekend, during lunch. We had nowhere else to go so we had to go home. They should be completely and utterly ashamed for both their services on the day as well as how they handled it after (lied multiple times, ignored emails, dodged phone calls) If I could give less then 1 star I would, save yourself the heartache and don't book a party here.

We’ve been to Riverland in the past and not had the best experience however recently we thought we would give it another try and just had such a great time although caught in the rain. The service was exceptional and I am so glad we came back. The staff were so friendly especially the English blonde! Can’t wait to come back!
