This place is one of my favorites now. They serve burgers, pizzas and some awesome sides. Not a big franchise but still they are sustaining their business well on the food they offer. Value for money is the apt word for this place. All the items they serve are a burst of flavours in your mouth. Just don't miss out on "Tandoori Delight Burger" with their Mojito/Lemonade ♥️.

I've been back a couple of times since my review below and the service and food were back to their usual very high standard. Excellent fish and chips, ready when I expected them. Well done team. Great Food, slow service. Online order paced at 6:06. Promised at 6:45. Waited another 15 minutes until 7:00. Part of the order sat in the warming box for 20 minutes. Lots of other people waiting too. Never used to be like this.

Might need to have the staffs watches recalibrated, after waiting 20 minutes and then asking staff how much longer we were told almost ready, our wait in total was 45 before food was handed over which felt excessive as the store was not all that busy. Chips were burning hot, nuggets and burgers were room temperature. Not ideal with 2 small hungry kids in tow, had we have known the actual wait time we would have gone elsewhere

Once good, not anymore After 5-6 visits, I’ve given too many second chances. Never again Every time I’ve been told 25min wait, it’s been 1hr. If I’m told 45-50mins, it is 1.5hrs I wait at the shop and watch an abundance of staff standing around, no guidance, no hustle, no organisation. 6 staff will watch one of them slowly rearrange the food in the cabinet. Always hiring junior staff with no ambition, that don’t want to be there, that don’t know what to do to get the job done. My last order was a huge let down as well. Soggy cold chips, stale bun and very little good about it. Don’t be fooled by previous awards they’ve won, this isn’t the same shop. Edit: Thanks for the reply but I am a different person to the one you’re referring to. I did a phone order at 5:48 and picked up 6:45. Regrettably I did not request a refund at the time. Must have been another person in my boat. This isn’t a one off thing, it’s the same every time :(

Elective Surgery Waits Are Shorter!! NOT WORTH THE WAIT, warning do Not go to fryhard! 45-50mins WAIT is standard. The "award winning burger" was 4yrs ago 2017, gee standards plummeted quick! The "Owner" apologises to bad reviews and then publicly shamefully discredits the writer toward the end of each reply, the proof is in their history. With no-right-of-reply other than editing our reviews. I ordered at 6:25pm, Official "Owner's" account admitted in their reply that my order was handed to me on CCTV at 7:05pm and is satisfied with that. The Senior gentleman "Owner" refers to in his reply, is the same one heard quoted to 4-5 people walking in including me: "If you're hungry, DON'T go here, I'm never buying here again". The trash in these photos cost $50 for 55mins wait on a Wednesday night (not Fri or Saturday night, a Wednesday!) "Owner" didn't seem to care about the lack of quality. The way they disgustingly treated the Senior Gentleman in front of me, who had lived in the area for decades, was heartbreaking. He waited 55mins for 1x burger. I type this because I've been stupid enough to return 3 times,but Never again ...I warned everyone when I left tonight, and I'll keep warning people, because every time it's "sorry for the wait" "sorry for the wait" - it's worst when you order in person let alone online. Look how old the chips are! Nobody can admit that they look worth waiting for. Our $50 order with stale bread & miniature fish was missing Tartare sauce and the Gravy, which you both have to pay for. Unclear communication on what part of people's orders are being waited on, ambiguous wait times like "in a sec" "will be a minute". To the "Owner"'s reply, use your CCTV to help your staff...if you see that they're so busy that customers are warning others outside before they walk in...help them, instead of apologising to every second review on here! Old mate apologised because he most likely felt guilty for my outburst, but he was doing the Just thing, like I'm doing: WARNING, STEER CLEAR! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! No star.

Finding a takeaway joint that not only does fantastic fish and chips but also incredible burgers is not an easy feat. Thats why I was thrilled to discover my new local fish and chippery had won multiple awards for their burgers via The Courier Mail. With my curiosity peaked I decided to give them a go and I must say I was glad I did, the burgers are not only mouth watering but huge. It was a struggle to finish the burger but I pushed through as it would be a crime not to. The chips were also nice and crispy and appropriately seasoned. My partner had the fishermans basket and raved about it so I will have to give it a try also. I went on a Thursday night and the store looked like it was busy but I only waited around 20 minutes for my order which was reasonable considering the amount of people there at the time. The burger line up is huge so something for everyone and Im looking forward to working my way through the menu.
