Didn't actually visit the centre but went for a long walk around South Bank. Great kids playground and lots to take in. Nice clean environment, plenty of people taking advantage of being out. River very peaceful to sit beside. Enjoyed the visit

Ordering via QR code I think can be fantastic as it can include additional pictures and information and remove a stage of human error. The downside is that it seems to disconnect the customer and the waiter. We had forgotten drinks. Forgotten meals and no mention of kids deserts. Nice staff, but serious flaw in the delivery process.

Good location and good room, although some rooms need a little maintenance/ upgrade, but are good value. River glimpses from most rooms and city views also. Very good restaurant. Free parking is a bonus.
