Not to happy about ordering fresh to have them take cold as rock meat off the train. And still charge full price it was hard and chewy. Same with the chicken they pulled it off the cart and put that crunchy stuff on top to make it what I ordered you can see the avocado is going Brown. Ive been coming here for years and was so excited to come back. Also lady on register didnt change gloves once in between serving and handling money and making sushi. Stuff where not happy. Not a good experience at all!!!

Smallest size sushi I have ever eaten. It is like the mini kids size one. There is so little rice and so little stuffing. Like the photos I have $4.50 plate that small, really!!!!
The service is super slow, however the stuff very nice and friendly.

A good novelty, enjoyed the karaage fried chicken and the variety, but found the portion sizes on the smaller size and it ended up being an expensive night

Lovely place and loads of space. You don't feel like a sardine as most other sushi trains are like.
I wouldn't want to take a family here though. The pricing is pretty high in my opinion. Maybe if they reduced the cost of a can of coke it would be okay.

Ordered online, showed it will be ready for pickup in twenty minutes. But I still waited there for another twenty minutes until I got my food. Lack of a lot of things on the menu. So disappointed with the service. Sushi train used to be my favorite spot for dinner. Will never be there again!

Now this place use to be so good food was always fresh and price was decent but over the years it's gone backwards majorly serving size is so small and for the price now is totally not worth it sad cause it's a lovely place but the standard and quality has dropped.

I was one of first customers in that store when it opened and I was in primary school. I completed my work experience at this store, and it was a joyful experience. The owner is welcoming along with the whole team.

Of the 4 times we've come to this specific Sushi-Train, my partner has been affected by food poisoning twice, we believe by either a dish containing cream cheese, or karaage chicken. While the presentation was decent, the calamari we removed from the conveyor was cold; while the raw meats were not, and the first set of glasses we received were dirty around the rims. While it's of some consolation that our food was comped after a complaint, food poisoning shouldn't be one of your concerns when eating anywhere, however especially not from where raw meats are being prepared and eaten.
