Getta Burger

Went here for takeaway cheeseburgers. No one was there when we ordered so didn’t have to wait too long for burgers to be cooked so that was a plus. Meat patties were a bit overcooked and on the thin side so weren’t nice and juicy like a meat patty should be (a bit of a shame as they use cape grim beef which is great quality beef!). Because the beef was so thin & dry the bread to meat ratio wasn’t ideal. Heard a lot about Getta so was keen to try but was a bit disappointed.

I mentioned that I can't have onion due to an allergy, and this helpful note was made on my burger. When I got home and saw it I nearly died laughing (but not from poison!) If I could rate higher than 5 I would, this is great. The burgers are good and the staff are awesome. Edit: I wanted to add, this place also has wheelchair friendly seating! It's rare as hell to find places where I don't have to move chairs to sit at a table, so it was really awesome to see!

Life changing burgers. That is how I can describe the Cape Grim Brisket burger that I had. I added a patty and fries and although it was a bit expensive it was definitely an excellent choice. The burgers are huge and full of flavour. Every single bite you take is literally a taste party and in my opinion is one of the best burgers that I have had ever. Despite the burger being amazing and delivered in a timely manner through Uber Eats, the fries were a bit too salty for my taste. The fries had brisket, pulled pork,mustard, ranch and bacon. This made the fries soggy and somewhat unpleasant. But the main thing with it was that they were too much. Sometimes extra bacon is great but in this case I think it was too much. Still it was an excellent experience and I will 100% eat again here.

Three of us went there around 1130, food was pretty quick even though only one guy was working. I had the vegan burger and it was actually delicious. The patty was fried so it was crispy but the combination of flavours were nice plus you got sweet potato chips in the burger. Mouth watering presentation as well, especially from the photos on google reviews. The normal chips taste like real potato. They were shoestrings, crunchy, portion size generous and not overly salty. One of the best fries i’ve had.
