Mcdonald's

Extremely dissatisfied with the service and food that i received. The mcflurry was barely even half filled and on top of that i paid 50c extra for hot fudge topping, which i barely got any of. The fries weren’t full and were cold, the inside of the bag was a mess and the burger was poorly made and assembled. As for the service, there was an excess of staff in the store yet so many customers were still waiting - especially in drive thru. Overall, i did not enjoy my experience with this store and will not be returning. A refund would be appreciated.

Not a franchise store anymore. Now a corporate store and not you can tell. Staff do not look as happy as they used to. This has been observed on several occasions since the changeover. Must say it is easier to get drive thru as there is no long queues anymore. Shows how popularity has waned since franchise lease was not renewed. Changed rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. Used to feel like part of the community and enjoyed going to this store. Now it is just another McDonald's store with very little atmosphere.

Though 3rd time will be lucky to finally get the order of doubel chicken burger 🍔 but sadly not I just can't quite get my head around that ain't that busy but hey first time I did salad second I did get difrent chicken burger and now I got beef burger 🤯🤯 I thing I will never know how double chicken burger taste like 😒

Went here last week with some of my friends and there was a really nice girl at the drive through (I think her name was Hiraina). The order wasn’t on the system because someone else had taken the order and it got lost but she was more than happy to take it again and made an effort to make everything was right on it. We were missing an item but she quickly zipped back inside and got us our food and she was extremely apologetic. Haven’t had the best experiences here but she was 100% a reason to come back

Burgers terrible, chips cold with no salt and the coke tastes like pure soda water. The 14 year Olds working there were more interested in joking and talking to each other than serving us. Absolutely terrible, McDonald's bracken ridge really went down hill after they took the franchise off Rod. That man ran a fantastic store, great food, great customer service

Used to be the best maccas around under the previous ownership. Since corporate took back over service and quality has dropped, pretty average now. Came back to update with a photo. Couldn't even remember the bun. Always something wrong with their orders here. Manager was very rude to her young staff also, I wouldn't want to work for her no wonder they make mistakes under that treatment.
