Great Ambience and feel. Service was excellent and the dining experience was great. Meals came out in a timely manner. Disability access and parking. Toilet Amenities on site

The staff here are great, but I wanted to say what a star team member DAMIAN is. They are so wonderful, full of energy and so courteous. I love their touch they have in their customer service, and I can see that they try so hard to do the best they can with every interaction we have had with them. Thanks Damian for your stellar kindness that just oozes from you, it brightens up my meat free Monday!

Grilled in general is great, but in my opinion this store is the best one in brisbane. We’ve eaten in and had delivery many times and the service is always top notch and the food delicious. We’ve found some other stores to be a little hit and miss, but not this one.

This is a big venue. Plenty of space inside and out. High ceilings and room to move. It doesn’t seem to get too noisy when it’s busy. I like that.
It’s near a main road but you don’t really notice the cars for some reason.
The food is normally OK but not amazing. There’s a Bunnings further down Stafford Road in case you don’t like the burgers.
Usually plenty of staff working. The bathrooms are shared with the other tenants of the centre.
Lots of parking spaces available right next door.

The food was delish. The customer service were great. Location wise- so easy to find. I normally dine in as the ambience quite nice. I can recommend it to everyone as the food is 👍 👌!!!

We had a bit of a hiccup with our delivery, but Ed and the team at Grill’d Everton Park we’re wonderful to deal with in resolving our issue. They even went to the extent of writing a nice little note apologising for the hiccup. Thanks guys, we really appreciated the hand written note and extra drink :)

Went here for dinner. Ordered a Satay Chicken burger (Zen Hen?) with Fries and a Vegan Cheeseburger. The Chicken and fries were good but the Vegan cheeseburger was average. Better than some other burger places we have tried but not nice enough you would order it again. Service was fine and the meal arrived reasonably quickly. Parking around there is easy as it is in a shopping complex.
