You can be as hands on or hands off as you choose and at the end of the night you leave satisfied, with great tips (for cooking & food photography), 5 recipes and greater kitchen confidence. Also good parking off Brunswick if you’re worried about driving in.

My partner and I attended the Moroccan 7-course feast cooking course and had a fantastic time. Wayne is a fantastic host and very hospitable. We had such a brilliant night and will be (and already have) recommended this to friends and family. The food was delicious and plentiful and there is a great range of reasonably priced drinks on offer to complement the lovely food. Make sure you come with an appetite - the course is great value for money when you consider you get a lovely meal, live cooking course with plenty of laughs and recipes to take home! Support a great local business and give it a go, you won't be disappointed!

Wayne is humorous, entertaining and teaches some handy cooking techniques. Obviously the classes are aimed at the every day person (and not professional chefs) and the recipes and tips are tailored so that you can easily replicate at home. For a 5 course meal and a cooking class it's a pretty cost effective night out!

Great evenings with Wayne! Most recently we helped cooked a menu on a government initiative that used the most commonly wasted food, it was awesome and gave me lots of ideas on how not to waste food. Previous times I’ve been, I picked a night to go where the menu that was from areas of the world I wanted to visit! There is always plenty of food to go around, everyone gets to help out and then you have the confidence to cook the meal at home. Wayne also has alcohol available at the bar so you can really make a night of it!
