Placed order and was ready for collection but when I went to pick up they did not prepare my order.

Just wanted to give praise to not only the store itself but to one of the workers in particular, Pip.
Went in tonight with my toddler and unfortunately had some issues with my bank, I was stressing out but He was so kind and understanding.. and Even though it may have been a little thing, it went a long way 😁

Three times in a row went to Subway Enoggera between 7:30- 8:00 pm and they were out of bread. I thought you need bread for sandwich. It shows that after so many years still they don't know how many bread they need to make so they are not out of bread 1:30 hours before closing.

Best subway I have ever been too. Owner is the most lovely man and is very generous with fillings etc. Always happy and smiling and seems his staff really respect him. Must be doing something right!

I came in early this morning and was met with a lovely gentleman making wonderful conversation. Unfortunately I couldn't quite see what his name was on his badge, so I can't reference his name, but he was just a lovely person who made sure that my order was exactly how I wanted it. This is a model Subway employee and I will definitely be back again.
