I stood at the register for over four minutes without any service. There were two staff and three customers waiting for their drinks. Not the busiest they’ve ever been. Even after I tried to get their attention with a smile I wasn’t even acknowledged.
So I moved to Muffin break coffee shop where they were busier and acknowledged me straight away and I was happy to wait for their friendly service.
I work in the centre in customer service. I was genuinely surprised at the lack of it in Boost Juice.

A very busy, popular kiosk producing delicious tasting drinks. The young people work hard to meet the demand when the centre gets busy. They know their stuff with all the many different drinks on the menu. My favourite is the Mango, Banana Bling. Yum....

Boost Juice Indooroopilly is located in the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre on level 3 near the food court.
The drinks are quite reasonably priced at $6- $8. They are very refreshing and delicious, especially on hot days.
The service here is pretty good. The staff take your order and within 5 minutes (may change depending on the amount of customers), you will receive your drink. They are quite respectful and kind.
Overall, I recommend coming here if you are ever thirsty on a hot day.

This is my third time they repeating the same mistake. I asked them not to put ice on drink but they do. Don’t these guys understand what the costumer ask for? I don’t prefer ice because of my throat problem. Need to improve their service habit.

Indooroopilly Boost - Long wait, then given wrong drink, another long wait. The woman preparing my drink was obviously not happy to be there, hair hanging out loose and mask worn on her chin not her face. I quietly commented to the lovely girl who was giving out drinks that she should tie back her hair and wear a mask like all the other staff especially as she was preparing drinks and she said there wasn’t much she could do as it was the business owner and her boss. That drink was meant to be a treat today but it was such a poor experience I didn’t enjoy it at all.

Went on the 6th of March at roughly 12.45pm. I was served by Jennifer. I asked how long the wait was and she said 5 minutes. My order took roughly 15 minutes. If you are unsure of the wait time, ask a colleague instead of having customers who are on the go wait.
