King Salmon Seafood

Today my friend and I visited Ralph and Co. It's a cafe with a deli section with specialised products and cafe seating in 3 areas. I had a chai with an oat biscuit and my friend (who was delighted in the amount of gluten-free choice) had a citrus tart and coffee. We were served by 2 absolutely lovely young men and thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea. My 5 stars are all for Ralph and Co.

A single level shopping centre with a wide variety of shops and services to make sure you can get all you want in one place. Parking is not a problem. There are two underground parking areas as well as above ground. There are so many eating choices I was amazed. There's also real estate, medical and health (pilates & a gym), heaps of services from a dog washing to a post office. And of course plenty of shops from Woollies to jewellery. The layout is good although it's almost two centres joined together. I had to walk around on the pavement to get to each. Really worth a visit.

General Comments Easy to in and out quickly. needs an update of some kind. The new section looks exciting but not full complete. Shopping centre layout. Is this centre set out well Answer: No it is not the shops seem to be all over the centre. Is this multi level? Answer: No Is the shopping centre large, medium or small? Answer: The centre is small sized. Are shops of a similar style close together? ( eg.clothes shops) Answer: No the this is a community centre. Is there significant distance between each end of the centre? Answer: No Does the centre have number or travelators elevators and escalators? Answer: No Does the centre have a reasonable number information outlets? Answer: no Seniors Services Does the centre provide specialists senior services apart from the discounts offered individual shops at the centre e.g. pension discount. Answer: No What is the overall rating for the shopping centre layout. 6/10 Shopping Centre parking Does the centre have an adequate amount of car parks? Answer not enough parks. Is the car park easy to negotiate? Answer: Yes the car park is easy to get around. Is there a clear signage to which you have entered? Answer: No there is signage however it is not clear enough about the carpark you are in. Does the center provide secure parking? Answer: No Disabled car park? Answer: Yes Well positioned at entrances all over the centre. Does the centre have mobility hire or help? Answer: No Seniors Services Does the centre provide specialists senior services apart from the discounts offered individual shops at the centre e.g. pension discount. Answer: No Overall rating for the car parking! 7/10 Shopping centre food outlets. How many food courts are there in this centre? Answer: none Does it have an upmarket food court area? Answer: No.. Is there are variety of upmarket foods available? Answer: No Overall rating for the food. 7/10 Facilities at the centre. Does the centre have an adequate number of toilets? Answer: The centre does not have enough toilets. Are the toilet facilities clean and presentable? Answer: Toilet were clean and presentable.. Are the outdoor areas of the centre kept clean? Answer: no out door area was clean. Is the decor up to date? Answer: No the decor is out fo date. Adequate security at this Centre? Answer: No Overall rating for the Facilies 5/10 Shopping precinct Does the centre have a wide variety of shops? Answer: No it doesnt. Service levels. Was the Customer service staff in the centre helpful? Answer: Centre staff were most helpiful. In the food outlets were staff helpful? Answer: Food outlet staff were great. General shops were the service levels adequate? Answer: NoThe service from the general shop ws great. service levels overall 9/10

Great place to meet up with friends for a casual dining or tasty take away ...oh and Baskin Robbins totally yum and right there! Sooo handy a hub to service areas from Holland Park, Coorparoo, Stones Corner, East Brisbane, Carindale, Carina and of course Camp Hill. I highly recommend the Laksa Soup at the Banana Leaf Thai Restaurant.
