Coco Bliss

The menu looked amazing. Acai bowl looked beautiful but tasted just alright. It was interesting and had many things i would love to try. Unfortunately, the service was poor(I was served by a girl with the glasses. She was really rude and not friendly). Didn't call out when our coffees were ready. She wasn't helpful when we ordered the food. While we were there we also heard the way she rudely talked to other customers too. She burnt my matcha latte and it was not silky at all. Would not go back there ever again and highly recommend others not to.

Poor service. I am always trying new healthy shops in the area ( Hamilton) and all of them seem to have in common the poor service. I do not know why but the staff in this shop, at Racecourse Road, always seems to be upset if you walk in. Small bowls and expensive average cold coffee served by someone that does not care and shown her discomfort as soon as I ordered. I stopped coming and last week I went because I was dyng for Acai bowl and again I received same poor unfriendly service. 2 stars because the first day I came here the parfait was very nice and tasty.

Use to always come here and was happy as larry. Over $5 for a tumeric latte and it wasnt even blended properly and $3.50 for the tiniest protein ball. I MEAN TINY! Your balls have gotten so much smaller. Its also quite hard to get a coffee in the morning as there is one person on and if there is other customers you can wait up to 15mins to jst get a coffee. I got in at 925am its now 948am and I still dont have my coffee.
